I get a TV last month but for
personal reasons I returned and I took it back to the store, when i buy the TV I pay cash $863.36 and when I went back to get my refund they told me they don't have
money. I CAN'T BELIVE IT!!!!! so I ask what we can do about it cause I realy need the
money MARTHA the "manager" told me if I have bank account and I give to her but she never told me that the store is taking 3 to 5 bussines days to transfer that
money to my account....So i give her the card and I went to my bank, the mony still not there already pass 3 days and I still waiting and every time I call the store they can't help me and they hung up to me....

Oh boy- yeah... you could have taken it to a different Circuit City for the future reference, but for now open a complaint at your bank and contact the Circuit City customer service and request a supervisor and the main corporate number. Then complain to high *** and you should be good.
