We purchased a 65in. LCD Sharp TV in Sept. 08. We experienced problems with the picture and called Sharp. They sent out a technician and was informed that Fire Dog ripped us off. They charged us for calibration of the tv which isn't needed and we paid for additonal hook ups which weren't needed. The cable cord they installed is bad and needs replaced. We phoned Circuit City to complain about the additonal charges and that we needed a new cable cord. The manager at the West Mifflin store in Pittsburgh, PA informed us that he wasn't doing anything for us because they were in bankruptcy. He informed us they weren't even going to replace the cable cord. We asked to speak to someone higher up and he refused to give us any contact person. We have purchased numerous electronic products from Circuit City and I can't believe that we got ripped off by them. At this point I don't know where to turn to get any satisfaction. I see why they're going out of business.

I'm sorry, Barbara. I bet you must have paid a lot of money. Thank goodness this happened to you and not to me. Thanks again.
