Circuit City complaint

The other day in the mail i get a letter from circuit city, I had no idea why my account was always in excellent standings and i usually always paid more then the min amount due, so I opened it and I was beyound Pissed off. here is what is said/ after careful considerationyour account has been closed due to the following report shows active credit cards have a high balance.I called up because I owe them a little over 300.00 dollare yet my credit limit is 2,000. yes i do owe some other cards but there all current, I argued this with a supervisior, either way I need to pay the bill open or closed, she agreeded there should been no reason i am in excellent standings well now circuit city can kiss my *** one the bal is paid i will not spend 1 penny there wonder how many other this has happened to

You may want to check your credit reports. You may unknowingly be the vicitm of i.d. theft if someone opens others accts in your name, then runs them up and they are delinquent. Credit cards now have a clause in most cases where they will do what happened to you, or raise your rates to loanshark status if you are late or delinquent anywher.This is why I carry LifeLock.

hey about your credit card...chase bank, which issues circuit city credit cards, just went under the knife from the trades comission....they have a lot of cleaning up to do to remian compliant with the new national standards for credit. sorry you are having issues but don't blame the store for the credit card company's mishaps.
