I purchased a toshiba laptop from circuit city march 23rd 2007 since then i have had to return the laptop 11 times both to toshiba and cc in newington. the manager claims he is trying to help me. i have asked numerous times for a replacement due to the inconvience and external damage this last time. not getting anywhere. i have requested an hp so they dont just turn around and give me back the toshiba. so my problems continue. the cost of the laptop was around 2000. The longest that i had it in my possession was 1 week.
